This form serves as a request form only. If your request is granted you will be charged a $7.50 per ticket handling fee.

The ticket request period is underway and will end on Monday, September 11th at 12:00 PM ET. After the request period ends, tickets will be allocated and assigned to numbered GA Seating Sections or to the GA Standing Field. If you are selected to receive tickets, your card will be charged a $7.50 per ticket handling fee. All tickets will be mailed by Ticketmaster via US Mail. You may choose trackable UPS expedited shipping for an additional $10.00 per order fee.

Priority for selection will be given to requestors with Charlottesville addresses, UVA students and staff, and residents of the counties adjacent to the city. After those requests are filled, priority will be given to other State of Virginia residents and the General Public in that order.

There is a two (2) ticket limit and you may only place one (1) request for this event. The time at which you place your request will not affect your chances of qualifying to receive tickets. You will be notified by email of whether or not you are granted tickets by Tuesday, September 12 at 11:59pm ET.

Seating for the event will be all General Admission, however tickets will specify the section in which you will be located and the doors through which you will enter the stadium. The stadium field will be General Admission Standing and all other tickets will be General Admission by Section in the Grandstands.

Walk-Up No Service Charge Box Office

A very limited allotment of tickets will be available at a no service fee, walk-up box office at John Paul Jones Arena beginning Friday, September 15th at 10:00 am.

  • The John Paul Jones Arena parking lot will open at 8:00 am for guests seeking tickets. Parking before 8:00 am will result in a parking citation.

  • Starting at 8:00 am, those interested in tickets may line up at the designated arena entries. Camping out or lining up in advance of 8:00 am will not be permitted. To be eligible, guests must be a UVA student, Staff or Faculty or a resident of Charlottesville or one of the following counties: Albemarle, Augusta, Buckingham, Fluvanna, Greene, Louisa, Nelson, Orange and Rockingham.

  • A UVA ID or state issued ID with a current address will be required to confirm eligibility.

  • Ticket distribution will begin at approximately 10:00 am.

  • If, at any point, the line waiting to obtain tickets clearly exceeds the available inventory, the line will be capped.

  • Being in line does not guarantee a ticket.

    Placing a ticket request or showing up at the JPJ box office does not guarantee you will receive tickets since the quantities of tickets available may be limited.

    A “General Admission Field ticket” is standing room only. No chairs will be provided or permitted on the field, except in designated accessible sections with a corresponding field accessible ticket.

    A “General Admission Stands” ticket means that you may occupy any seat that is empty in your assigned section in the stands. General admission seating within each section will be on a first-come, first-served basis.

    When placing an online ticket request you may choose from these options: “Best Available,” “Stands Only,” or “ADA / LTD Mobility.”

    No Refunds. No Exchanges. Please inquire about accessible seating at the time of ticket request; do not wait until the day of the show.

    Tickets for this event are now being offered through our secure online ticketing system via a TICKET REQUEST PERIOD.

    You will be notified of your ticket status via email. If you receive tickets, the appropriate money will be charged to your card.


    Submit all relevant details for billing purposes. Remember, once you have submitted your request, you cannot make changes. At this point, you will have purchased nothing and are not guaranteed any tickets. You will be entered into a selection process that will assign tickets randomly.

    By submitting your ticket request, you are agreeing that you are prepared to buy all requested tickets. Since there are limited quantities of tickets, it is possible that you will not receive any tickets at all. If this is the case, please be assured that your credit card will not be charged and all of your billing information will be deleted from our system.

    How do I contact Customer Service? In order to receive the quickest response to your customer service needs, we recommend emailing customerservice@ticketstoday.com. One of our Customer Service Representatives will respond to your email in the timeliest manner possible.
     
    Delivery
    When can I expect my tickets to be delivered? If your ticket request is granted and you have a confirmed ticket purchase, your tickets will arrive a few days prior to the show date. If you have not received your tickets 2 days prior to the show date, please contact our Customer Service department at customerservice@ticketstoday.com. All tickets will ship via USPS First Class Mail. You will receive a notification email when your order is shipped.
    How can I track my package? When your package is shipped, we will send you an e-mail to notify you that your tickets have shipped. No tracking is available for orders shipped via standard USPS First Class Mail.
    What if I need to change my shipping address? We are only able to change your shipping address during the request period. Please email customerservice@ticketstoday.com to request an address change if you have already submitted a request.
     
    Problems
    I have not seen my tickets yet, where are they? Remember that your tickets will only be delivered Monday through Saturday via First Class Mail. If you have not received your tickets 2 days prior to the show date, please contact our Customer Service department and we will resolve this matter for you.
    What should I do if I got the wrong tickets? If you receive tickets for the wrong show, or tickets that are different from the ones assigned to you, please contact our Customer Service department immediately at customerservice@ticketstoday.com so that we may resolve this problem.
    How do I cancel my order? This ticketing site has an "all sales are final" policy. If the show you are planning on attending is cancelled or rescheduled for a date that you are unable to attend, you are eligible to receive a refund for the face value of the tickets.
    What if the event is cancelled or rescheduled? If the event is cancelled, rescheduled, or the venue is closed for any reason, you will be updated via email as soon as information is available. We will send e-mail to the e-mail address provided by you in the ordering process (you must provide a valid e-mail address with your order). Before traveling to the show, please confirm the event with the venue. You will receive a full refund in the event that the show is cancelled.
    Why will my request not process? The most common error occurs when entering billing and shipping information. Make sure there are no spaces and/or dashes when entering your credit card information. The delivery service we use does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Make sure delivery information you include does not indicate a P.O. Box as the ship-to address as this can prevent an order from processing. If you still unable to place your order, please copy the error you are experiencing and email it to customerservice@ticketstoday.com.
    What if I have moved since I placed my request? Since we will be sending tickets out close to the event, we must be contacted sometime before then in order to change the delivery address. If you contact us after your package has left our office, we cannot change the delivery address. Please email customerservice@ticketstoday.com if you have not received your tickets 2 days prior to the event.
    What if my tickets were lost or stolen? We cannot replace tickets that are lost or stolen after they have been delivered to you. Please be certain to keep your tickets in a secure place once you have received them.
    What level encryption does our web ticketing support?  We support 128-bit encryption and higher. To check what encryption your browser supports, click on "Help" and then "About" in the navigation bar of your browser. A window will pop up indicating the encryption level supported. If your browser supports an encryption level lower than 128-bit, then upgrade your browser; most browsers allow you to upgrade for free.
